1. Services

We provide mobile RV and trailer seasonal services within our designated service area. Services are booked through our website or by phone, and payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

2. Payments

We accept major credit cards for service payments. All payments are processed through Jobber and Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the agreed-upon services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours before the scheduled service for a full cancellation without penalty.

• Refunds will only be issued after a case-by-case review of the service provided. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us at admin@basecamprvutah.com.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Use of our services is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimers

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site or services without notice.
