Refund Policy

At Basecamp RV Services LLC, doing business as Basecamp RV and Basecamp RV Utah, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile RV and trailer services. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

Service Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after a review of the service provided. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your scheduled appointment.

We will review the issue and determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate based on the circumstances. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service at no charge as long as it is done at least 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit if one was taken.

  • No-shows or customers not present at the service location may also be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please include your name, service address, date of service, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately. Disputes initiated through your bank or credit card provider before giving us a chance to resolve the issue may delay the refund process.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
